It’s the perfect time of year to get together with friends and family, whip up a few tasty cocktails, and enjoy yourself. Take a break, sit back, relax, and sip back some of these festive drink recipes. The first two are loaded, but the third is a yummy mocktail recipe for you non-drinkers out there. Try them out today and let me know how they turned out for you:

Candy Cane-Tini

It’s a martini with a sweet, minty twist! It’s as easy to make as it is to drink, but watch this one, like any martini, it really packs a punch. Take half a shot of peppermint Schnopp’s, 1 shot of vodka, and ice, pour into a shaker and mix until chilled. Place a mini candy cane in your martini glass and strain the drink into the glass. The stripes from the candy cane will dissolve off, turning this drink a festive pink shade and adding an extra hint of sugar and mint. Yum!

Holiday Spirit

This is a sweet, creamy concoction that makes up enough to share. If you like Bailey’s and coffee, you’ll love this chilled version recipe. Take 5 shots of coffee liquer, 5 shots of Bailey’s, 1 shot of bourbon, and 1 and a half shots of very strong, chilled coffee. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled and blended. Pour into cocktail glasses and garnish with shaved chocolate. Tasty!

Tropical Gift

Forget the snow and send you mind to the beach with this tasty tropical mocktail recipe. Take four shots of pineapple juice, 2 shots of cherry-cranberry juice, 1 tsp of fresh lemon juice, and pour into a cocktail shaker over ice. Mix until chilled, then strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with cherries. If you want to turn this into a crowd-pleasing punch, mix a can of pineapple juice with half a jug of cherry-cranberry juice, and a tablespoon of lemon juice in a large punch bowl with ice. Throw in some frozen cherries and share the joy!
