“Surya Namaskar” It means to look back at the most powerful thing in the universe and say “I can look at you without backing down.”

When the going may get tough, it means that you do not give up. Face your problems, do not run away from them. And whatever you do in life, keep your head up.

Always remember that one mistake will not define you. It takes a courageous person to make mistakes and then learn from them. Start looking at your problems as things that can be solved, because in the end, everything does turn out ok. Find something that is troubling you and figure out a way to deal with it. Make the problem be smaller than you instead of feeling smaller when being compared to the problem.

I dare you.
