I cannot believe it is already December! Can you? This is about the time I start freaking out about getting presents for all my close friends and loved ones. For the past two years I have had to go out on Christmas Eve for last minute gifts and then stay up past midnight to wrap my treasures. I have decided that this year will be different and that I will get all of my shopping done early. So for the past week I have come across some great ideas which I would like to share with all of you!

I am going to start with 5 gift ideas for the men in your life, whether that be your father, uncle, brother,  or significant other. I tried to find a variety of different price ranges as well, so I found something under $20, under $30, a splurge, and also a DIY project. I hope this guide is a helpful jumping off point for you and your shopping. And expect a guide for gifts for the women in your life and a few other gift guides very soon!

1. Breathalyzer Key chain (under $20)

This is definitely a gag gift, not necessarily something he will need to use everyday. But still, how fun!

2. Guitar Pick Punch (under $30)

This Guitar Pick Punch is so cool. You can use old credit cards and gifts cards to make your own guitar picks! I almost want to get this one for myself.

3.  Set of Beer Glasses (under $50)

This would be great for your dad or boyfriend if they are really into different kinds of beer. This set includes different styles of glasses which are appropriate for different beers. Perfect gift for a beer connoisseur!

4.  Funny T-shirt ($20 and under)

I love bustedtees.com when it comes to hilarious t-shirts. I could spend an hour just reading through their t-shirt selection for the fun of it.

5. Mustache Mug (under $10/DIY)

Learn how to make your own!

So it’s times like these when I hope my family is not reading my blog posts…because they are all getting personalized mustache mugs this Christmas on top of their other presents. I just thought it would make a great Christmas card photo for next year. Plus my whole family drinks coffee, so another coffee cup is always a good thing. Head over here for a tutorial and video on how to make your own mustache mugs. If mustaches are not really your thing you can use the same technique that Kandee uses and draw your own designs. A personalized coffee mug, possible not as hilarious, will be just as special.

I’m getting my boyfriend a print from a webcomic that he likes – It wasn’t too expensive (30 or 40 dollars) but it’s very personal.

These are great, but how do you match when a guy gets you perfume or jewelry or something big? How do you give him something equally as big without it being a wallet or cologne?
