Hey guys! Last week I did a post on How to…Transition Your Wardrobe from Winter to Spring. To follow up on that article, I used the tips provided and pulled together three looks to give you some ideas to take it to real life.

Look 1: Going to Class

cami: Abercrombie & Fitch, cardigan: Banana Republic, jeans: American Eagle, bag and necklace: urban outfitters, flats: piperlime

This look is comfortable and casual enough for everyday, but still looks pulled together. The details like the light-wash jeans, floral tank, and bright pop of colour bag update the look for spring, while the neutral cardigan and flats add warmth and reel the look in for winter. The ruffle detail on the sweater and shoes makes them more interesting and the floral necklace ties the outfit together.

Shopping with the Girls

dress: American Eagle, tights: Charlotte Russe, jacket: Banana Republic, boots: Shoes.com, wristlet: Express

This look combines some of the trendy elements that look ahead to spring, like the country/cowboy trend with the boots, wristlet, and flower dress. The jacket and tights add some warmth and tone it down to keep it within the winter season as we transition. Perfect for a day out shopping, grabbing coffee, or talking a walk with your girl friends.

Chilly Night Out

dress: Express, jacket: Victoria’s Secret, boots: Go Jane, tights: urban outfitters, ring and earrings: forever21

This outfit is great for a chilly February night out. The bright dress is fun and sparkles with visions of spring, while the leather coat and suede boots are both on trend and provide warmth when paired with the dark tights. Don’t forget glam accessories to complete the look.

I hope you enjoyed my picks for transition outfits! What do you think? Would you wear any of these outfits? What are your favourite tips for transitioning your look from winter to spring? Leave a comment and let me know!
