Who says you need a pricey gym membership to slide on that bikini with ease? Even if you do belong to a gym, but you’re having one of “those” days and a gym commute just isn’t happening, you have no excuses for the following workout which can be done on a hardwood floor or carpet with just a yoga mat or towel!

 

Warm up

For one minute each:

  • Jumping jacks
  • Run in place
  • Jump rope
  • High knees
  • Butt kickers

 

Workout

Repeat each set up to three times before moving onto the next one:

  • Set one: 10 burpees, 15 star jumps, 20 squats
  • Set two: 15 push-ups, 15 mountain climbers, 15 bridges
  • Set three: 15 plie squats, 20 calf raises, 20 lunges (one on each leg)

 

Core

For one minute each:

  • Russian twist
  • Bicycle crunches
  • Plank

 

Cool down with some light yoga, stretching, and plenty of water!
