If you have a limited amount of gym time but want to get everything you can out of your workout, look no further for this full body routine! Here’s how it works: pick your skill level, and complete the following exercises in order.
If you’re a beginner: Do each exercise for 30 seconds, and go one time through
If you’re intermediate: Do each exercise for 45 seconds, go 2x through
If you’re advanced: Do each exercise for 60 seconds, go 3x through
Challenge yourself! And always drink plenty of water, warm up, and cool down with plenty of stretching.
Part One: Cardio
- Jump rope
- front kicks

Part Two: Strength
- 10 pushups
- 10 triceps dips
- lunges, alternating
- squat press
- back row
Part 3: Cardio Round 2
- Side shuffle
- Flying lunges
- Mountain climbers

Part four: Abs
- Plank
- Bicycle crunches
- V-sit
