One of the secrets to the success of this recipe is the use of cherries, which are a rich source of melatonin. Melatonin is a sleep hormone, and also can have anti-aging effects. The natural sleep-inducing ingredient is the soy, which is high in tryptophan, an amino acid that will make you sleepy quickly.
