If you’re looking for a post-Thanksgiving workout, look no further than this CrossFit-inspired holiday workout. All you need is a stopwatch, something long and about mid-shin height to jump over. For this you can try a brook with books stacked at either end, or use a step if you have one.

Warm-up (repeat 2x)

  • 10 burpees
  • 10 squats
  • 10 push-ups
  • Stretch your arm across each shoulder, hold for 60 seconds on each side
  • 15 arm circles, forward and backward, on both arms
  • Butterfly stretch for 60 seconds
  • Trunk rotations, 15 reps
  • 10 burpees

The workout (do the following, as many as possible, for 15 minutes)

  • 10 horizontal jumps, side to side over your object
  • 20 lunges
  • 30 push-ups
  • 40 bicycle crunches
  • Crab walk once around the room

Make sure to cool down with more stretching, and lots of water!
