Every winter I seem to have a few problems that arise when it comes to having a luscious, kissable mouth. Here are some tips my mom taught me. Hopefully this advice will help you have scrumptious lips all winter long as well:
Want Whiter Teeth?
You can use whitening strips, or if your really cheap make a paste out of baking soda and water, and brush your teeth with that. It will instantally add shine to your sparking teeth!
Got a Canker Sore?
Take a clove and bite it in half. Let it sit on the sore. It will help ease the pain.
Cold Sore?
If you’re one of the unlucky ones that are haunted by cold sores, I feel your pain. If you catch your sore early, then place some Abreva on it. If it has already broken through, use Vaseline or antibiotic ointment around the soar. The idea is to keep it moist, so that it goes through the process faster, while staying contained in one spot. Keep your hands from your face though!
Dry Lips?
Use chap-stick and when you wear lipstick, use a primer. Occasionally, use a lip mask to exfoliate or scrub off the dryness with your toothbrush.
What Do You Think?
Do you ladies have any other problems that come with the winter? What do you do to fix them? Leave a comment and let us know!

sore throat is not a lot of fun its just uncomfortable and difficult to swallow.
usually, i would take the Nim Jiom Cough Syrup (www.geocities.jp/ninjiom_hong_kong/index_e.htm ) which has a thick consistency formulation. it coats the throat and includes herbs that are particularly good for that application.
i hope it works on you as well.
